The Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Conference & Awards 2018 was held for the seventh time in June – marking its inaugural edition in Finland. Representatives from leading airports, restaurant services, and food and beverage brands convened to network and engage in discussions with fellow industry professionals. 

 

MagnumLive was instrumental in the execution of the FAB Conference at the Clarion Hotel Helsinki. The conference featured keynote speeches as well as the FAB Awards Gala. Technical production for the event was a collaborative effort between MagnumLive and RMC Light & Sound.

 

The event also showcased our highly acclaimed product, beMatrixLEDskin, renowned for its stunning visual displays at both events and exhibitions. The FAB Conference’s video screens were constructed using beMatrix LEDskin (see images 1 and 2: a large LED screen measuring 8 x 3 meters with two additional screens on the sides, one measuring 2 x 2 meters).

 

Within MagnumLive’s production facilities, a speaker podium equipped with an LCD screen was built specifically for this occasion. The screen content changed throughout the days to reflect the event’s program. MagnumLive also spearheaded the branding of the entire conference floor to align with the event’s theme. The vibrant FAB ambiance commenced from the second-floor doors adorned with branded decals (see image 3), leading to the registration desk, maintaining a cohesive event atmosphere.

 

Furthermore, MagnumLive crafted customized mini stands with LCD screens (see image 4) and beMatrix brand banners for event partners, strategically placed in the conference foyer.

 

Leveraging modern event technology, we seamlessly transformed the venue from a daytime seminar setting to an evening awards gala of grandeur. Meticulously executed details, coupled with a cohesive vision, delivered wow moments throughout the event.
