MagnumEvents toteutti 2024 ja 2025 Storian (ent. Kirjavälitys) 130 hengen kesäjuhlat yrityksemme piha-alueella Hyvinkäällä. Ohjelma on ollut molempina vuosina mukavan monipuolista: ryhmäilmakuvausta, TV:stä tuttua humoristia ja radioartistia, mentalistia, bilebändiä, dj:tä ja karaokea, kilpailuja, pizza-autoa, hodari- ja jäätelökojua sekä brändi mukit!
MagnumEvents toteutti juhlat avaimet käteen -palveluna, sisältäen myös teltat, kalusteet, lavan ja tekniikan, sähköistykset sekä catering palvelut. Meille on jäänyt vain juomien hankinta. Järjestelyt ovat sujuneet erinomaisesti, tarjottavat ovat saaneet paljon kehuja (eikä loppuneet kesken), viihdeohjelmat ovat olleet pidettyjä ja musiikki on vetänyt jengin tanssilattialle!

Expert and flexible support for a successful international event. For the closing evening of the 70th anniversary of the EUEW Convention, we worked with Kimmo from Magnum Events. The collaboration was smooth, professional, and characterised by a keen eye for detail. What stood out most was their ability to quickly understand our needs and their flexible attitude – even when deadlines were tight or plans changed.
The setup was not only technically of high quality but also aesthetically well thought out – exactly what we needed to conclude this special celebration in a memorable way for an international audience. The evening programme was beautifully curated: from the relaxed lounge vibes of Mr Pekka Laine, through the enchanting sounds of Lauri Schreck, master of the kantele, to the energetic performance by the two Showbaarimestarit.
Each act was delivered to full effect thanks to the professional execution and high-level coordination. The subtle touch of Finnish music added an extra layer to the evening and was a fitting tribute to our wonderful host city, Helsinki. We are grateful to Kimmo for his expert support!

TaylorMade Golf travelled to Helsinki for an event in July this year (2025) and were supported by MagnumEvents for our AV requirements.
I’d been communicating with Kimmo by email for around a year so felt like we already knew each other! It’s quite a challenge when you’re working in a different country to your own, with different languages etc. but Kimmo and the team made everything easy for us.
The event itself was amazing and I was especially pleased with the lighting which elevated the stage presentation to another level! All the way though, Kimmo and his incredible team were on hand to support us and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. If and when we’re back in Helsinki, we’ll be in touch!
