This time, the two-day event was attended by 101 managers, each of whom presented their company's past year and their ideas for the coming period. In addition, the event sought new investment targets. The event included two full-day, tightly scheduled conferences and three evening parties, which included, among others, visits from Prime Minister Juha Sipilä and Minister of Economic Affairs Mika Lintilä , pitches from startup entrepreneurs, and entertainment shows to brighten the atmosphere.
The Mumbai-based event agency representing Mahindra Group chose MagnumLive as the technical implementer of the event. The assignment included a variety of image and video technology, lighting, sound, a custom-made 13-meter wide stage, decorations and backstage. In addition, the assignment included video filming of the event with six cameras and recording, as well as the technical implementation of the evening parties. The AV implementation featured a spectacular 18 m² 3 mm LED display surface seamlessly integrated into the sets and a 101-piece conference microphone system.
The M101 conference ended with a Christmas gala dinner organized at the Ritarihuone in Helsinki , which culminated in a wonderful Abbaa by Taikapeili music celebration that we organized! The six-month Mumbai-Vantaa collaboration with MagnumLive and the client's representatives went smoothly and the client was very satisfied with the numerous details of the implementation and the overall result. The demanding assignment ended on December 20.12, after which it was nice to move on to a well-deserved Christmas vacation in good spirits as the guests continued their journey to enjoy Christmas on Lake Saimaa.
