Food wholesaler Lagerblad Foods Oy is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The company, founded in 1998, celebrated its anniversary in April at Tiivistämö in Suvilahti, Helsinki.
MagnumLive Events planned and implemented Lagerblad Foods Oy's annual party as a turnkey package, excluding catering, which was handled by Lagerblad Foods, a manufacturer of high-quality food products. MagnumLive was responsible for the invitation process, production and coordination, technical implementation (stages, video screens, sound, spotlight and mood lighting), performers and program.
MagnumLiven Events also decorated the party space and supplied all the furniture from the back room to the party space itself; dining tables, banquet chairs, bar counter, high tables and bar stools. Events was also responsible for the event's security, clothing storage, access control and event signage.
In addition, MagnumLive Events created three videos for Lagerblad Foods related to the event: an invitation video for the event, which was filmed in MagnumLive's virtual studio, a "who we are" video, which was shown to the audience at the event, and a video of the event itself. MagnumLive's graphic designers also created a special event logo for the event.
The event was attended by mentalist Jose Ahonen, party band PAM! Feat Ella, show bar masters with a champagne tower, and the MagnumLive DJ.
And most importantly: the client felt that the party was very much his own, festive but still relaxed. The atmosphere of the event was very warm.
