We have been working with the company for several years now and the experience has been very positive. They genuinely listen to the customer's wishes, plan and propose solutions, and together we come up with the best solution.
The company exudes a strong sense of professional pride and genuine interest in what they do. The team is professional and adheres to agreed schedules. We especially appreciate the fact that they do not stand still in the face of uncertainty, but rather begin to investigate matters thoroughly. This creates trust and certainty in cooperation.
Nice and knowledgeable people have been involved for a long time, which makes the collaboration much more than just a customer-supplier relationship - rather, we have been part of the same team and community together.

Yesterday was a very successful event for us and everything went according to plan. Your services were obviously instrumental in making it happen, thank you! We very much appreciated your quick reply at the beginning of the event preparation, quickly providing the offer and jointly converging on the solution.
The fact that you acted as a one-stop-shop, covering the AV equipment, furnishing, catering, transportation and on-site support was of great help to us. You understood our requirements and expectations for the event well, providing the right solution. The most important requirement for us – the immersiveness was fully reached with the dark tent solution and 3 screen setup.
Your ability to accommodate the changes shortly before the event (number of people, bus schedule) was very welcome. Magnum was Quintessential in making our customer event a success. They acted quickly, perfectly understood our needs and delivered reliably on the day.

MagnumEvents was responsible for the comprehensive technical execution and production of Interski 2023 , the world's largest Congress for ski instructors, held amid the stunning fell landscapes of Levi. The week-long international event brought together industry professionals from all over the world.
Scope of Execution
Technical production & event technology:
We handled the event's demanding presentation technology, covering both the indoor conference Setups and the challenging outdoor Productions on the fell.
Seminar production:
Interski is known for its high‑quality lectures and workshops. MagnumEvents ensured the smooth operation of seminar spaces, managing audio and visual solutions as well as streaming capabilities.
Performers and entertainment:
MagnumEvents supplied performers and program content tailored to the event, supporting the atmosphere of the entire week from the opening ceremony to evening celebrations.
Duration and scale:
The week‑long production required seamless project management in close cooperation with Levi Tourism, along with the ability to adapt to Arctic conditions without compromising quality.
Interski 2023 was a Testament to MagnumEvents' ability to manage large, multinational Productions that combine content-heavy seminars with impressive entertainment.
Working with the MagnumEvents team has been consistently easy and pleasant. They actively propose solutions aligned with the event's budget, content, and goals. Their technical Productions have ranged from Lightweight Setups to demanding implementations synchronized with TV production. Thanks to our long‑term collaboration, they also know the Levi environment extremely well. We often work together to choose hosts and performers and to develop long-running events.
